Neha Singh Rathore -case will be heard on May 29, trial in the Supreme Court, Comments on Pahalgam Attack
The Lucknow Bank of the High Court in Allahabad imposed the next trial on the petition of folk singer Neha Singh Rathore in the Pahalgam attack case. Rathore challenged the fir in the Hazratganj police station in Lucknow in the Supreme Court. The petition was heard before the Bank of Justice Vivek Chaudhary and Justice Brijraj Singh. During the hearing, on behalf of the state government, the government lawyer said he was fully aware of the case diary. On this, the accrue lawyer said that the evidence received by the requester through the prosecution should be handed over to the file. The government lawyer objected that evidence could not be handed over to the accused. On this, the court ordered that the petition be listed on a priority base on May 29 to hear the issue of submitting evidence.
