New -Delhi, May 16 (IANS). The Supreme Court has ordered a fir against Madhya Pradesh Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah after a disputed remarks about the army officer Colonel Sophia Qureshi. Vijay Shah has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the Supreme Court order, which would be heard on Friday, but the peak court will now hear it on May 19. According to the report, Minister Vijay Shah’s attorney Male Singh sought time at the court to submit some additional documents. As a result, the date of May 19 was set for the next hearing. Minister Vijay Shah made controversial remarks about Colonel Qureshi. After his remark, he is criticized across the country. The opposition also increases the demand to dismiss him from the cabinet. Colonel Sophia Qureshi is the responsibility of regular press briefing with the Air Force wing commander Vyika Singh during the ‘Operation Sindoor’ launched by India against the militant attack in Pahalgam and he executed it well. He got a discussion in the country due to regular briefing. The statement made against him shows Vijay Shah’s insensitivity. Vijay Shah also apologized for his statement. He released a video stating that Colonel Qureshi is more than his real sister. Meanwhile, the leader of the Samajwadi party, Ram Gopal Yadav, used caste words about wing commander Vyomika Singh. On the other hand, Friday, the congress MLAs submitted a memorandum to Governor Mangu Bhai Patel in which he demanded that the minister be dismissed Vijay Shah in the capital of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal. After handing over the memorandum, he sat on a Dharna on Gate 2 of Raj Bhavan and demanded that the minister be dismissed. Police tried to understand the MLAs of the congress and remove them from there, but the MLA of the congress did not agree.
