When i was in school, it felt like all girl in my year’s one of Three perfumes: J.Lo’s Glow, Britney Spears’ Fantasyor Mugler’s Angel. Angel was the bold one, instantly recognisable for its refreshing yeet slightly peculiar mix of peach, vanilla and patchouli.

Fast Forward More Years than I dare to Count, and Angel Still Holds a nostalgic place in my memory. SO, Imagine My Delight When I Discovered the Scent Had Been Reimagined and Rereleassed Earlier This Year. Readers, Meet Angel Stellar (£ 84 from £ 105, boots).

The Fragrance Carries the Same Unforgettable Angel DNA, but with a modern twist: a dash of pistachio that adds freshness with the gourmand Warmth. The Iconic Star -Saped Bottle Hasn’t Changed Much Eather, which Only Adds to the Nostalgia Factor – It Feels Like Holding A Little Piece of My Teenage in My Hands.

Fans of the SCANN Enjoy the Following Notes:

  • Bergamo
  • Pistachio Accord
  • Bourbon Vanilla
  • Woody Accords

The first time I Wore Angel Stellar Out, I was immediately hit with a chorus of reconition from my friends. I’d Brought the bottle in my handbag, and sura Enough, each of say Had a turn sprritzing it, excladimg over how instantly familiar it was.

For me, Angel Stellar Feels Like A Blend of Nostalgia and Reinvention All in one. IT’S the Kind of Fragrance That Bridges School-Day Memories With A More Grown-Up That I Can Wear Now. ITHE’S ALSO RECGNISABLE ENOUGH TO SPARK CONVERSATION (and Only a special Kind of perfume can that), while Still Being Fresh Enough in Today’s Wardrobe.

My Only Real Grumble is the bottle. SURE, IT’S GORGEOUS AND A THROWBACK TO THE ORIGINAL, but it doesn’t stand up. I’ve had to lean it against other perfumes on my tray; otherwise, it would Hog Way too space. Pretty, Yes. Practical? Not so much.

Moreover, if you still have the original, there probably isn’t much point in the new one. They Smell Basically The Same; The Pistachio is a lovely addition, but it doesn’t add anything remarkably different.

As mentioned, another nostalgic perfume that Remains a best seller Today is Britney Spears’ Fantasy (£ 19.50, boots). IT’S unapologetically playful, with fruity notes of red lychee and kiwi, followed by Creamy Musk, White Chocolate, Jasmine Petals, and, Yes, Cupcakes. The Famous Bejeweed Pink Bottle is Worth a Mention, Too.

Wang’s Princess (£ 11.44, Amazon) is another 2000s Favourite, Thanks to Its Pretty Heart-Saped Bottle and Fruise Floral Schent. Its Complex BLEND OF SCENT HAS REMAINED TIMEHES Over the Years – Likely thanks to the ongoing trend of gourmand scents.
