Buxar, April 5 (IANS). The WAQF amendment bill was accepted from both houses of parliament, but the era of statements that began about it has not stopped yet. While the ruling party calls this bill needed for the benefit of poor Muslims, the opposition calls it against Muslims. The opposition is constantly attacking the ruling party. Meanwhile, Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan also responded to this. Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said that I did not speak of politics, but if charity work is not done, there is a need for improvement. He said during a conversation with reporters: “I know that there is waqf, that means the work of charity has to be done. If the charity work does not happen and only litigants happens, there is a need for improvement.” The Governor also said earlier that the governor with media people about the Waqf Amendment Bill said that there are many WAQF properties in Patna, but how many hospitals and schools or orphanages were built by it, tell me the name? He explained the meaning of WAQF, referring to the verses of the Qur’an. He said that WAQF property is not just used for the well -being of Muslims. All the time I had to meet people whose property was going on. The Waqf Amendment Bill was accepted from both houses of parliament. It will become a law after the approval of the president.
