The water level of Yamuna suddenly increased at night, people who slept in homes

The Yamuna River has increased so rapidly over the past few years that five lakh water flowed into the river at night and the water level rose more than two meters. This sudden increase made the night of the locals completely difficult. Suddenly when people sleeping in their homes on Monday night, the water level of the river suddenly began to increase. The velocity of water was so much that people didn’t even get the chance to come out. Roads and lower parts were underwater in many areas. The reaction of the administration advised the Department of Flood Management to be the locals to be vigilant and to go to high places in the light of the emergency. The boat and rescue teams were kept ready. However, due to the sudden increase in water, many people remained stranded overnight in their homes. According to the weather and water level section, the danger is assessed for the first time in many years. The increase of more than two meters on the water level is considered serious. Experts have called on people living on the banks of the river to be vigilant for the next 24-48 hours. The problems of the locals were trapped all night that they became difficult to get out of their homes as a result of the sudden increase in the water level.
