This order was implemented under the rights awarded under section 163 BNSS and it immediately came into effect. The order clearly states that if someone violates this rule, legal action will be taken against him. Ban School of College Picnic is also prohibited on a picnic of school colleges. It will be compulsory for a picnic to obtain consent from the district administration. If any event was organized without the prior consent of the administration, it would fall under the category of rules of rules. Here comes the ban on fishing of Rajasthan. The government has made an important decision on water conservation. The state government has completely banned fishing from June 16 to August 31.
