They were married in 2016 and were divorced a year later in 2017. He is originally from the Darbhanga district of Bihar. Right now, blackback lives with his sister in the city. Ranjit is a friend of the father of the dead girl. He regularly visited the girl’s house. Ranjit and the father of the victim drank alcohol on the day of the murder. The father went out after drinking alcohol. The accused Ranjit also left the house. The girl was home alone at the time of the incident and played games on her father’s phone. The accused came to the girl’s house and started watching TV. He was allegedly angry when the victim asked her to give her a remote. Attacked him. The girl fainted and began to bleed out of her mouth. Fearing that he would not come to his mind and removing his mask, Ranjit became nervous. He attacked the girl’s neck with something sharp.
