Illegal English beverage from one crore hidden in Simdega in the container

Simdega, September 12 (IANS). In Simdega, Jharkhand, police seized the illegal English beverage worth one crore calls. Superintendent of police M. Arshi said a truck was stopped on Friday. During the investigation, a large number of liquor cabinets were hidden in the container. A person was arrested by a vehicle. It was reported that no valid permits of liquor transport were available from the driver of the truck. At present, investigations into where the seizure is being made is being sent to liquor and where to be sent. Even before that, a major consignment of illegal drink was caught in Simdega. In March, the English drink worth 1.5 crore to Nepal was seized. At the time, a truck from the Maharashtra number on Shamtoli road was stopped and examined in which liquor cartons were recovered. Two people were arrested in that case. In March, an English beverage worth about one crore calls was recovered from a shelter in another action of the excise department and police in the Simdega police station. Police believe that a large course of illegal liquor smuggling from Odisha, Maharashtra to Bihar and Nepal has developed. Simdega also became a big point of this corridor. Constant seizure incidents confirm that organized network is working from here. Police Superintendent M. Arshi said more strict campaigns will be fed to fully combat such activities.
