The university has formally terminated six academic partnerships with institutions in Turkey and Azerbaijan with reference to recent political developments, which it considers to the national interest. This move from the lovely professional university was recently taken in response to Türkiye and Azerbaijan’s Pro-Pakistan attitude during Indo-pack tension. LPU -Founder Chancellor and Rajya Sabha -LP Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, Rajya Sabha, said: ‘If our brave armed forces endanger their lives, be it a secret operation, air defense or patrolling of our boundaries, how can we remain indifferent as an institution. the country that will be linked to the country. ‘Several large Indian universities have suspended their educational settlement (sleeve) with Turkish institutions with reference to national security. Jamia Millia Islamia issued a statement on Thursday and announced to immediately suspend all compromise memorandum with any institute attached to the Turkish government. The move is taken by JNU after suspending his own sleeve with Inonu University, Turkey. In his statement, JNU cited similar problems with national security, saying: “For national security reasons, the sleeve between Junu and Inonu University, Turkey was suspended until the next notice.
