The Minister of Statement of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship Jayant Chaudhary spoke to the importance of entrepreneurship and the work to be done in the future at the country’s largest startup event, “Startup Mahakumbh”. In India’s rapidly changing entrepreneurship atmosphere, Jayant Chaudhary explained how entrepreneurship is not just a skill, but a mentality; The idea should be placed in the minds of children from a young age. Jayant Chaudhary said it is necessary to take risks to entrepreneurship. If you are thinking about avoiding risks, it is better to do work, but if you dream of working, you need to develop the ability to take risks. Your first plan will not make you a millionaire, it is part of the learning process. On the question of becoming a leader, Chaudhary also discussed whether the leaders are born or that they are made. He said he was coming from a political family, but the leaders are formed by struggle, patience and flexibility. Each person must learn how to accept defeat and move forward despite problems. Jayant Chaudhary, while calling national education policy 2020, said a new course is willing to train children in India to entrepreneurship. Experience -based education and technical skills are now made important in the Indian education system, so that children are not only limited to the knowledge of books, but they have an understanding of the work in the real world. He said that different national standards have been drawn up by skills development government schemes, which will ensure that students not only get technical skills but are also ready to work in organizations. Many initiatives are being taken to increase the number of workers in the country, and this is an important step towards the creation of a new India. Chaudhary, although he called the ‘Standup India’ campaign of Premier Modi, said that the vision of Premier modes is that we should create a nation where people do not stand for employment, but to give work. He also talked about the changes in the initial sector and the rapidly growing technological innovations, saying that the younger generation is now becoming more self -sufficient and creative. In the end, he talked about the need for change in the education system and said that we now need to develop a new thinking from schools to universities so that students should not only gain knowledge of books, but also understand practical knowledge and innovation.
