Meanwhile, the Israeli -based Indian embassy issued a new security advice on Saturday for Indian citizens living in the country. The Indian embassy posted a post on the social media platform X. This position states that, in light of the current situation in the area, all Indian citizens in Israel are advised to be vigilant and to follow the safety protocol issued by Israeli officials and home front command. Consultation calls on Indian citizens to take precautions, avoid all unnecessary visits in the country and remain close to specific safety shelters. It is said: “We are constantly monitoring the emerging situation, including safety and goodness of Indian citizens.” Earlier Friday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and informed him of the ‘developed situation’ after starting the Military Campaign of Israeli Army (IDF) against Iran. After the phone call, Prime Minister Modi wrote on X, “I got a call from Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. He informed me of the situation. I shared India’s concern and shared the need for early recovery of peace and stability in the region.” The Netanyahu office said he spoke to the leaders of the world, including Premier Modi.
