India-Pakistan agrees on immediate and complete ceasefire: America

New -delhi, May 10 (IANS). US President Donald Trump made a big announcement about the tensions between India and Pakistan on Saturday. He claimed that India-Pakistan immediately agreed to the full ceasefire about the conflict that has been underway for the past three days. This consent is fulfilled by America’s mediation. US President Donald Trump wrote in a post about his social media platform Truth: “I am pleased to announce that after a long negotiation in the US arbitration that India and Pakistan have agreed to the full and immediate ceasefire.” Trump thanked the two countries for understanding. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also reported on X that he was talking to senior India and Pakistan senior officials for the past 48 hours and US Vice President JD Vance. The conversation included Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jaishankar, National Security Advisor Ajit Deval and the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif, the Army Head Munir and Tack NSS Asem Malik. Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar also immediately confirmed the ceasefire.
