The aroma of warm milk and the taste of cardamom tastes it. It is a famous dessert of Mathura and Varanasi. 7. Kheermelk, rice and sugar are cooked on low heat. Its taste is improved by decorating with dry fruit. It is made in traditional sweets and festivals. 8. Halwa pudding is made of semolina, carrots or moon Dal. It is made delicious by adding ghee, sugar and dry fruit. Root pudding is very much held in winter. 9. Sun Papdi Besan and Chinese are cooked in layer. It is very light, bright and mouth -solved sweets. Festivals are often given as gifts. 10. Misty doi This is a sweet milk and sweet yogurt of Jaggery, which is dumped in an earthen pot.
