A video posted on the minister’s internet media account shows that he has given the green signal to the team to prepare for indigenous production of the chipset, which can be used in IT servers. Remove ads Read news only Vaishnav said in the video – ‘We are traveling from 28 nanometers to seven nanometers so that it can be loaded in our factory in the future.’ This processor, which is being developed by a team from IIT Madras, will be useful in computer servers for financial, communication, defense and strategic sectors. Currently, high-tech devices such as mobile phones, computers and servers mostly use chips of between three and seven nanometers.
