Indore -professor is harassment, an impact on students' education, the female professor of MGM Medical College complained

Junior doctors of the Department of Pathology at the Madhya Pradesh News Desk, MGM Medical College lodged a written complaint to the Dean against the female professor. In this, resident doctors have now described the harassment of female professor as unbearable. Not only that, about 15 resident doctors have a complaint against Dr. Shikha Ghanghoria of the Department of Pathology submitted in the CM Helpline. Most of the students claimed that Dr. Ghanghoria does not allow them to work under the PhD guide assigned by them. At the same time, they force them to work under them. The complainants said that prof. Ghanghoria harasses and threatens to prevent him from entering the department of histopathology. On condition of anonymity, a complainant claimed that Dr. Ghanghoria called him in the department at 06:00 and asked his Google location as proof. Not only that, the doctors were also punished by sitting on the ground. According to her, she also mocks because she did not work the order of the department’s order. Another complainant claimed that he also filed a complaint in 2021, but after the assurance of the university administration and the head of the department, he withdrew the complaint, but he had to file a complaint again because of no action. According to college records, more than 30 complaints have been filed against the professor over the past two years. In the said case, Dr. Shikha Ghanghoria said that the students had filed a complaint against him under the pressure of the Department of Pathology. Since 2019, they have made a complaint against me on the CM Helpline. There is also a threat to fail if the complaint is not filed. Complaints are filed against me for internal competition.
