Abbas Ansari was sentenced to two years in hate speech
Mau, May 31 (IANS). Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari’s son and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (Subhasspa) Mla Abbas Ansari of Mau Seat in UP received a major setback from the court. Mau’s CJM court convicted him and sentenced him to two years in the Hate Speech case. This ruling was expressed in Mau’s district and sitting court. Chief Law Magistrate, Judge of the MP-MLA court, dr. KP Singh, gave this decision. Abbas Ansari was produced in the court premises amid a close security. Advocate Daroga Singh, lawyer of Abbas Ansari, said a decision came in the Hate Speech case today. In 2022 a case was settled in Kotwali Nagar. Six witnesses appeared in that case. The Chief Law Magistrate was sentenced to two years. We go to the Sessions Court against this order. The Legislature of Abbas Ansari will be affected based on the order of the Sessions Court. Preparations are being made against this case to go to the sitting court. It can be noted that Abbas Ansari made a statement during a public meeting during the 2022 election that is considered inflammatory and authorities. He said that “everyone will be calculated” after coming to power. After this statement came out, the Election Commission banned the Campaign of Abbas Ansari.
