Ifla (The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) has published their new version of the IFLA Internet manifesto. Their Vision is “Meaningful and Universal Connectivity is Connectivity that Protects Rights and Realises Potential. The Internet Must Connect Societies and ADVANCE the Rights and Autonomy of the SO they can participate full and freely in Society”:
