Instructions for compensation from the Council meeting of Taj Trapezium Zone Pollution Authority, C&D Waste and firms that violate environmental regulations in Agra

The 64th council meeting of the Taj Trapezium Zone (TTZ) pollution authority was held on Wednesday chaired by Agra Mandalayukta Shailendra Kumar Singh. In this meeting, strong concerns were raised about the growing pollution in the Taj Mahal and its surrounding area, and important decisions were made on different issues. During the meeting, instructions were given to collect compensation from firms that violate the Western and Environmental Regulations, especially C&D (Construction and Demolishan). Officials said businesses that violate environmental rules during construction and demolition functions will be punished financially. The damage caused by pollution of these firms will be compensated so that the peace and cleanliness of the World Heritage Site such as Taj Mahal will remain. The meeting insisted on taking strict steps for environmental protection. Shailendra Kumar Singh said: “Strict steps are being taken to control pollution in the Taj -trapezium zone. We will ensure that any companies or firms work in the field, they follow environmental standards. If any firm violates the rules, it will have to have strict punishment.” This decision is considered very important to maintain the environmental balance in the TTZ region, as the Taj Mahal and the surrounding area by UNESCO are recognized as the World Heritage Site. It is very important to take strict steps for pollution control in these areas, so that the coming generations can see this heritage in the right form. It was also discussed during the meeting that special efforts would be made to settle C&D West properly. The waste arising from construction work will be properly managed so that it does not damage the surrounding environment and water resources. In addition, measures have also been considered to control the dust level and other pollution on construction sites. This decision is considered an important step in protecting the Taj trapezium zone, and it is expected to improve the environmental situation. At the end of the meeting, Shailendra Kumar Singh instructed all officers to work seriously in this direction and to describe it as essential for the protection and environmental balance of the Taj Mahal.
