Noha al -Jundi, the legal advisor, said that the document of insurance against the risks of divorce is a new support for the protection of women after divorce, and in light of the escalation of separation rates and the increasing burdens on women, the need for a means of protecting them has emerged, noting that this document provides them with the minimum financial safety as a practical and human solution that is activated for the first time in Egypt.
The soldier explained in her dialogue with the program (The Taste of the Houses) that this insurance policy obliges the husband to pay her value when holding the Qur’an, and later disbursed to the wife in the event of a small divorce, a minor Bayna, that is, when the husband releases his wife one or two shots and her count ends without returning it, and does not return to him except with a new contract and dowry.
She emphasized that the insurance policy against divorce risks has specific conditions, the most prominent of which is that the divorce is an irreversible and irreversible, and the husband has the right to return the wife, and that the marriage passes for a period of no less than three years, in addition to that the document is completely driven by the marriage.
She stressed that the document is not indispensable to other legal rights of women, such as alimony, pleasure, or housing, but it represents a supportive addition that is activated as soon as the conditions are fulfilled, explaining that this is reflected positively on children, especially in covering their basic needs during the post -divorce.
The legal advisor added that this document is an immediate support, as it provides an amount of money for the wife as soon as the conditions are fulfilled, which gives her direct support and reduces her feeling of failure and the financial collapse that many women face after the divorce, and that the presence of an additional financial cost may make some husbands hesitate to make the decision to divorce randomly.
Noha Al -Jundi concluded her dialogue by confirming that the document of insurance against divorce risks represents a practical step towards greater social justice, and expresses the state’s appreciation for the role of women and their need for protection, noting that it is not just a paper but rather a tool that guarantees the wife safety, and society has more balance and awareness of the importance of family stability.
