Local farmers in a border village of the Amritsar district started harvesting their ripe crops in countries opposite the fence, expecting the gates to be closed soon due to increasing tension, reports Ani. One farmer shared that an announcement was made from the local Gurudwara, which advised all farmers to complete their harvest within the next few days and also make arrangements for ‘Tudi’ (feed) for their cattle. “Our country is outside the fence.
