It contains bones, muscles and hearts in the best condition. To maintain this, the diet and regular exercise are needed. If someone is overweight, his body becomes overweight. In this category, a person feels more tired and increases diseases and danger. If BMI is 30 or more, it falls under the ‘obesity’ category. It is very harmful to health.
