KNOWN AS Bored of Lunch on Social Media, Nate Anthony has dished out a potato salad on tiktok that puts a crispy twist on the classic. And the Secret Weapon? An Air Fryer.

Air Fryer Crispy Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 750g baby potatoes
  • 200g BACON LARDONS (CAN BE Pre-COOED BACON)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Light Mayo
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic (Optional)
  • Chives
  • Parsley

Method

Start by Boiling Your Baby Potatoes UNIL tender (Around 30 minutes). THEN LINE YOUR AIR FRIEND WITH PAPER AND ARRANGE YOUR BOLLED BABY POTATOES ON Top.

Grab A Pint Glass and Squash Those Spuds Unil they’re Flat, then with a good pinch of salt and pepper and a geneerous drizzle of Olive Oil. Pop in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 200 ° C unil they’re golden and crunchy.

While your potatoes are getting their crisp on, whip up your dresing by combok yoghurt, Light mayo, a squeeze of Lemon Juice, A Dolop of Dijon Mustard, Optional Garlic, COOKED BACON BITS, PARSLEY, Chives and A Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper.

Once your potatoes are done, let me chill out for five minutes before chopping say into quarters and tossing say into your dresing. Give it all a good mix and finish off with a scattering of chives. Plate up and tuck in.
