On the initiative of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the High-Rural Development Society (HRDS) India signed a sleeve with both Division Commissioners of Jammu and Kashmir. Under this agreement, Operation Sindoor, recent flooding and damaged homes in terrorist attacks will be rebuilt. HRDS India will build smart homes with 1500 free three-bedrooms, which will be equipped with modern facilities. HRDs and Commissioners will also identify the terrorists whose homes have been destroyed by the terrorists. Human loss is so deep that it cannot be measured, but this initiative will reduce their grief.” Under the sleeve, HRDS India will not only build homes, but also provide information in 15 years of life insurance, monthly health test, free internet connection and government schemes by volunteers.
