Anant night, October 13 (IANS). Anant Night Court issued a warrant that is not available against Hizbul Mujahideen-Terroris Zafar Bhat alias Khurshid, resident of Anant night, Jammu and Kashmir. The special Nia court, Anant Night, issued a general warrant (NAV) against Zafar Bhat alias Khurshid, resident of Lewar, Srigufwara, at the request of Anant Night police. Zafar Bhat is a senior member of the banned organization Hizbul Mujahideen and is currently active from Pakistan. He was involved in various cases of terrorism -related cases registered under the Illegal Activities Act (Prevention), 1967 and other relevant laws. The court instructed the Anant night police to take all necessary steps to secure his presence in court as early as possible. This development is another step in the ongoing attempts of the Anant Night police to bring criminal terrorists before justice and to strengthen peace and security in the district. Anant night police also call on the general public to share any information regarding the activity or contact of this absolute terrorist at the nearest police station or official helpline numbers.
