The special Nia court, Anant Night, issued a general warrant (NAV) against Zafar Bhat alias Khurshid, resident of Lewar, Srigufwara, at the request of Anant Night police. Zafar Bhat is a senior member of the banned organization Hizbul Mujahideen and is currently active from Pakistan. He was involved in various cases of terrorism -related cases registered under the Illegal Activities Act (Prevention), 1967 and other relevant laws. The court instructed the Anant night police to take all necessary steps to secure his presence in court as early as possible.
