JDU MP Devesh Chandra Thakur calls Prime Minister Modi the biggest star campaigner
Begusarai, October 24 (IANS). With a view to the Bihar Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi began the election campaign on Friday. Prime Minister Modi reached Samastipur first. Here he reached Jannayak Karpuri Thakur’s ancestral village Samastipur and paid homage to him. After Samastipur, PM Modi addressed a huge public meeting in Begusarai, Bihar. His visit sparked enthusiasm among the NDA workers. Janata Dal United (JDU) MP Devesh Chandra Thakur described Prime Minister Modi as the biggest champion as the crowd gathered at the public meeting of PM Modi and the enthusiasm among the people. Speaking to IANS, the JDU MP said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is our biggest star campaigner, there is no doubt about it. The entire election in Bihar is being fought in the name of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Prime Minister Modi. He further said that apart from Nitish Kumar and Prime Minister Modi, Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi and Upendra Kushwaha are also the prominent faces of the election campaign. It is a matter of luck for us that PM Modi is coming to Bihar and inspiring us with his leadership. On the PM’s rally in Begusarai, MLC Sarvesh Singh said that the land of Begusarai has received special blessings from the Prime Minister. It is a combination of the Prime Minister’s grace and the fortunes of the region that he comes here regularly. Recently, a six-lane bridge was inaugurated at Simaria Ghat and Simaria Dham was also developed. We are indeed fortunate that the Prime Minister comes to Begusarai regularly and brings great gifts of development. Let us tell you that Prime Minister Modi while addressing the people from the land of Begusarai said that today the land of Begusarai is full of new enthusiasm. There is enthusiasm among the youth here and they are receiving abundant blessings from sisters and daughters. It is not just a public meeting, it is an exchange of dreams and new resolutions of Bihar.
