Tahwwur Rana offered in Patiala House Court

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) hosted Tawwur Hussain Rana on Thursday night in the conspiracy of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack in Patiala House Court amid close security. He was brought to court in a special armored car. The NIA will now seek the detention of Tehwwur Rana from court so that he can question him. Rana NIA wants to get information on all aspects related to terrorist network and 26/11 attack samplepiration in India. Strict safety arrangements were made outside the Patiala House Court site. Nia officials brought Tahwwur Rana to court with full preparation and submitted to the court. Official information is waiting for what the court ruled on the detention. Earlier on Thursday night, Tawwur Hussain Rana was formally arrested by the NIA. Rana was arrested by the NIA at Indira Gandhi International Airport (Igia). It is noteworthy that Tahwwur Rana was brought to India after extradition from America. This arrest may have been after years of diplomatic and legal efforts of years. All the legal efforts to stop the extradition by Tehwavur Rana in the US, including the appeal in the US High Court, failed. He was then brought to India on a special plane. A team of senior NIA and NSG officials completed the process of bringing Rana from America to India. Rana was arrested after completing all legal formalities after landing from the plane. Allegedly, Tehwwur Rana planned the 26/11 Mumbai attacks with David Coleman Headley Alias ​​Dawood Gilani, Lashkar-E-Taiba and Harakat-ul-Jahadi Islami’s other Pakistani conspiracies. More than 160 innocent people were killed and about 240 people were injured in this fierce terror attack.
