Mumbai, May 18 (IANS). The recording of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming horror comedy film ‘Bhoot Bangla’ is complete. Akshay shared the video on social media in which he appeared with actress Vamika Gabbi. He also wrote a cute note for the team. He shared the post on Instagram and wrote in the heading: “The shooting of ‘Bhoot Bangla’ is over! My seventh and adventure with Priyadarshan Sir, who always discovered new things and was included in the project, completed the shooting.” Akshay Kumar shares the screen for the first time with Vamika Gabbi. He further said to his costume: “My first with Vamika, who acted brilliantly, but hopefully it will not be the last magical journey. I am grateful for madness, magic and memories.” Akshay Kumar started shooting for horror comedy in December last year. The actor shared the poster on Instagram, in which he saw the lantern. The actor wrote in the caption: “Today we start shooting for the horror comedy ‘Bhoot Bungalow’, so I am very excited to come to the set with my favorite Priyadarshan. You will come to theaters on April 2, 2026. You need good wishes.” The ‘Bhoot Bungalow’, directed by Priyadarshan, is Balaji Motion Pictures and the Cape Good Films-made filmmate producers Fara Sheikh and Vedanta Vikas Bali. The story of the film was written by Akash Kaushik. ‘Bhoot Bungalow’ will be released on April 2, 2026. The information of the film was shared by Priyadarshan on Instagram. Akshay Kumar worked with Priyadarshan in the horror comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’. ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’ was released in 2007. The film was produced by Kishan Kumar in collaboration with Bhushan Kumar, accompanied by Shiney Ahuja, Vidya Balan and Amisha Patel and other famous actors in the lead roles.
