Jharkhand BJP allegations, 'Tender scam under the Minister of Health in the State, 11 contracts get the same family'

Ranchi, September 21 (IANS). The Jharkhand BJP has accused the award of tenders in the Department of Health in the state of massive disorders and prejudice. Ajay Shah addressed a press conference at the Jharkhand Pradesh BJP office on Sunday, saying that Party spokesman Ajay Shah spokesman Ajay Shah spokeswoman for the last year of health equipment and drug supplies in six districts of state companies. Not only that, all these businesses are registered at the same address. The party spokesman issued documents related to this press conference claiming that it was a major scam, carried out under the protection of the Minister of State Health Irfan Ansari. According to the documents released by the BJP, the health department has issued 11 tenders in Ranchi, Dumka, Jamtara, Saraikela, Bokaro and Doghar districts over the past year. All of these tenders were given to three companies of the same family of Ranchi-Hind Infratech, Bharat providers and world suppliers. These three companies are registered at the same address and two of them have only one person’s director. Ajay Sah, based on the documents, claims that the directors of all these businesses are followers of special religion. He cited the provisions of the GEVERNMENT E -MARKET PLACE) and said that if the same person bids through different companies, his bid is disqualified as technically disqualified. Nevertheless, these companies were eligible and not only issued a job order but also paid. He calls it ‘well -planned robbery’. The BJP spokeswoman said such a great irregularity would not be possible without the information and protection of the Minister of Health. According to him, the tender process in the department is not transparent and a glimpse of ‘religious use’ is clearly visible in it. He raised the question that the congress party talks on the one hand about the protection of the Constitution, while the rules in his government are stopped to benefit the same community. The discussion of the RIMS-2 project is also only being done with the aim of taking economic benefits through new contracts and not providing better health facilities to the people of the state. The BJP spokeswoman said that if the government left quiet in this case, it would be considered direct involvement in the scam. He warned that the party would discuss this issue of the road to the home and make the public aware of the truth. -Ians SNC/SK Share this story -tags
