The courtroom comedy ‘Jolly LLB 3’, with Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, is back with familiar faces. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, he received CBFC approval on September 19, 2025 for release, after amendments to footage and dialogues. Pre -sales have already crossed £ 74 lakh. Actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi will return to the big screen in the multi -expected courtroom comedy ‘Jolly LLB 3’, now cleared by India’s Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with a U/a 16+ rating and some minor changes. ‘Jolly LLB 3’ gets U/a rating with minor changes before September released the CBFC proposed a series of amendments to footage and dialogues, including the removal of abusive language and brands, according to a Bollywood Hungama report. The film, directed by Subhash Kapoor, has now been approved for public release and will hit theaters as scheduled on September 19, 2025. Among the changes, the CBFC asked the manufacturers to replace an outdated disclaimer with a revised one. The name of an alcohol brand was faded, and a fictional place and year shown at the beginning of the film were also removed. The word ‘f ****’*was completely taken out ‘wherever it appeared’, the report states. A few footage and dialogues were also adjusted. A scene where police officers who assaulted an elderly man were slightly cut off. One dialog was changed to “emergency clause”. In another order, a file with a logo has faded the marking, and another logo has changed. A dialogue in the second half was changed to: ‘Janki Amma Ka Gaon, Sirf I Check Muh Pe Fek Ke Mara. ‘(Janki Amma’s Village, looked on their face). Despite the amendments, sources indicate that the changes do not significantly affect the storyline. ‘Jolly LLB 3’s Runtime revealed that the film had a 2 hour, 37 minutes and 16 seconds (157.16 minutes) time and had already made a strong start at the box office, with more than £ 74 Lakh collected in pre -sales. Jolly LLB 3 brings back familiar faces, including Saurabh Shukla, Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, Seema Biswas and Gajraj Rao. Akshay and Arshad will be seen as competitive advocates – both known as ‘Jolly’ – in what is expected to be a sharp, comic courtroom fight. The film was written and directed by Subhash Kapoor and produced together by Alok Jain and Ajit Andhare.
