Kapalbhati Pranayama is not only a respiratory exercise, but it is an ancient, certified and rare means to deepen the body and brain deeply, raise consciousness and arouse spiritual energy. In Sanskrit, ‘Kapal’ brain or frontal and ‘bhati’ means light or glow. That is, Kapalabhati is the pranayama that brings the brain. It is considered purification (hexale) and pranayama. This includes breathing (powerful excellence) and natural inhales in natural inhales. The method of Kapalbhati is simple. Put in Sukhasana or Padmasana, keep the spine straight and close your eyes.
