Karishma Kapoor's children approached the Delhi High Court for Father's Property

New -Delhi, September 9 (IANS). The children of Bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court for their father Sanjay Kapoor. In this, he accused the stepmother Priya Kapoor of changing the will. The children of Sanjay Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor (Adhara Kapoor and Qian Kapoor) demanded that they take fifth place in each property as Sanjay Kapoor’s upright collector in this petition. Please tell that Sanjay Kapoor has left assets worth about 30 thousand crore calls. This petition states that his stepmother Priya falsified in Sanjay’s will. The plaintiff says that his father’s will is not a legitimate and valid document, but a falsehood. The requester argued that this is the reason why he is not yet the original copy of the will, nor was he given to him. In this case, the plaintiff accused Priya Kapoor of initially denying the existence of a will, claiming that all the property of Sanjay Kapoor is under RK Family Trust. However, he later presented a document of March 21, 2025, which he described as a will, which caused the suspicion of forgery and manipulation. The petition has just been submitted. There is no update when hearing the case. Sanjay Kapoor died on June 12, 2025 in London. A few days ago, there was news that Karishma was looking for a legal option for a stake in her ex -husband’s property. It is now clear that Karishma is struggling to get a share in Sanjay Kapoor’s property, not for herself, but for her children. Karishma and Sanjay Kapoor were married in 2003 and divorced in 2016. Sanjay Kapoor had three weddings. Sanjay Kapoor’s first marriage was in 1996 with Nandita Mahatani, but after four years the two decided to divorce.
