Karnataka: Martyr agnivated Murali Naik's funeral gathered at the funeral of Pakistan's shelling

Chikkaballapur (Karnataka), May 10 (IANS). A large crowd met in Karnataka’s Chikkaballapur district to bring a final tribute to martyr Agniivated M. Murali Naik, 25, amid heavy rain on Saturday. Murali Naik was injured on Friday morning during heavy shooting and shooting at the control line. He was a resident of the Kallikonda village near Gauntla in the Sri Sathya Sai district of Andhra Pradesh near the border of Karnataka. On Saturday morning, his body was taken from Jammu to New -Delhi to Kempagowda International Airport in Bangalore. Before taking the body to his ancestral village, the Indian army staff brought their final tribute to the airport. Thousands of people were seen on the highway to pay tribute to the body of the martyr. Despite the rain, people stood in their hands in honor of the marted soldier with cliffs, posters and flowers. Police were deployed on the spot to smooth the traffic due to large crowds. The people of the minority community as well as the youth were also present to pay tribute to Murali Naik. As the army and ambulance passed, the crowds raised slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, “from Mataram” and “Murali Naik Amar Rahe” in support of the Indian Army and Murali Naik. The vehicle that carries his body has been stopped for some time so that people could pay him the last tribute. People greeted Murali Naik’s family members with folded hands with the body. Murali Naik joined the Army in December 2022 and 851 was in the light regiment. His parents, Mudwath Shri Ram and Jyoti Bai, worked as a laborer in Mumbai.
