On this day, worship of the Kushmanda form of the goddess Durga has special meaning. It is believed that Maa Kushmanda is the Adiswaroopa of the universe and that he began the creation of the universe. Mother Kushmanda sits in the ancient temple in Durgakund in Dhermanagri Varanasi. Long ropes of committed have begun since Mangal Aarti in the morning outside the temple complex. Everyone saw the mother and wanted happiness, peace and prosperity in life.
