Rajkot, September 22 (IANS). The Minister of Homes and Cooperation, Amit Shah, reached Rajkot on Monday in Gujarat, where he asked to strengthen the cooperative sector. Amit Shah said the country is constantly progressing under the leadership of Premier Modi. Many reforms have also been made in the cooperative sector, so that the plan from ‘Co -operative to Wealth’ can be transferred. Referring to the benefits of lack of GST tariffs to farmers, he said it is a great gift to farmers on Navratri. He also thanked Prime Minister Modi for this. On the first day of Navratri, he attended the Bhoomipujan of the Iskcon Temple built at the Anthem Circle in Kosmada, Surat. This large temple, built at a cost of about Rs 101 crore, will be an important center of religious and social activities. Social initiatives such as Women’s Employment Center, Health Clinic and Free Food for the Poor will also be started in the temple site.
