Keep in mind these things while doing trending garba! 1. Warming up, before starting with the Garba, do light stretch and shake a little to the body. It opens muscles and reduces the risk of injuries, especially in the knees and ankles. 2. Drink plenty of water during dancing, it sweats a lot. Therefore, drinks with plenty of water, lemonade or electrolytes drink to avoid dehydration before dancing in the middle and even afterwards. 3. Wear comfortable shoes while your garment, wear apartments, comfortable and supportive shoes. Avoid wearing high heel or sliding shoes. It can storm in the leg or you can fall. 4. Start slowly, do not start dancing very quickly. Start slowly and increase your speed. Avoid dancing constantly and keep taking small brakes in between so you don’t get tired. 5. Know your limit if you feel tired, dizzy or restless, then stop and relax immediately. It is not right to place too much emphasis on the body. 6. Eat light foods and eat it about 30 minutes before garba, eat something light and nutritious, such as fruits or light snacks. Eating very heavy or oily food can cause lethargy. 7. Clothes are comfortable and safe, wear clothes in which you can easily wander. If your dress is too long, don’t fall into it. Use the safety pin if necessary. 8.
