Jakarta – Minister of Manpower Yassierli said the importance of strengthening the mechanism for completing disputes over industrial relationships and transformation of ecosystems for employment is a strategic step to strengthen competitiveness and increase national productivity. Yassierli said the system of resolving disputes over industrial relations in Indonesia still faced various obstacles. The obstacles begin from the lack of effective communication at company level, the limitations of the number of mediators, to the non -optimal role of the Bipartite Cooperation Institution (LKS) and the implementation of cooperation agreements.
