Kerala: Priyanka Gandhi inaugurated 'drinking water project' in Wayanad
New -delhi, October 4 (IANS). The general of the congress and Wayanad’s Sabha MP, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, said on Saturday that the work that is going on in her constituency Wayanad is to meet the daily needs of the people. It should also ensure that welfare projects are implemented effectively. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said in a post on the social media platform ‘X’: “I have the privilege of obtaining a project approved by my brother Rahul Gandhi and providing water for all these beloved women.” The project aims to provide drinking water to the residents of Melukunnu, which is a long pending demand for the local community. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was recently on a tour of her constituency. During this, he died with the beneficiaries and also reviewed the progress of the scheme with the officials of the department concerned. He said there was also a discussion on ensuring prolonged stability of the water supply infrastructure. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra wrote in a position on social media: “I also discussed issues about long -term interviews with department officials, and we also discussed it at the directing meeting.” Priyanka further said it is recommended to take some follow -up steps in the judging meeting to ensure that when the projects are handed over to the community, they would receive proper guidance and assistance through the implementation agencies. Let me tell you that the leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi from 2019 to 2024 was a MP of Wayanad and again disputed in the general election of the general election in May 2024, although he also won the Rae Bareli election in Uttar Pradesh, so he resigned from Wayanad. Priyanka Gandhi won from Wayanad in the November election last year. -Ians bag/sch share this story tags
