Jakarta – The KPK again summoned the younger brother of February Dianansyah’s lawyer, Fathroni Dianansyah (FD). Fathroni was called as a witness to the alleged money laundering case (TPPU) with a suspicious former Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo (Syl). “The KPK conducted an investigation into witnesses related to the alleged TPK/TPPU with the Syl suspect,” KPK spokesman Tessa Mardhika said Tuesday (8/4/2025). The exam is expected to be carried out at the KPK Red and White Building, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Tessa did not explain what Fathroni would ask. The investigation was conducted after Fathroni was absent on Monday (3/24). “Witnesses on behalf of FD are present today,” KPK spokeswoman Tessa Mardhika said in his statement to reporters Thursday (3/27). The KPK trapped Syl with three cases, ranging from extortion, satisfaction, to money laundering. In the case of extortion and satisfaction, Syls received a sentence of 12 years in prison. Syll was also sentenced to pay a replacement money of RP. 44.269.777.204 plus USD 30,000. The Syl penalty has a permanent legal power alias.
