KPK QUESTION 57 EX EMPLOYEE WANTS RETURN: We respect the process at KIP
Jakarta -The Corruption Passing Commission (KPK) responded to the question of 57 former KPK employees who were members of the IM57+ Institute who say they want to return to work to the institution. The Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) will wait for the application process to solve information disputes at the Public Information Commission (KIP). “Now we first focus on the continued process at KIP to test whether the results are open to the public or not,” KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said Tuesday (14/10/2025). Browse to continue with the content the application submitted by IM57+ to KIP demanded that the 2020 TWK results be made public because they are not considered transparent. TWK is a test that the Committee on Corruption eradication applied to all its employees in 2020, which led to 57 employees declaring that they did not succeed. “We respect the process between the applicant and the respondent, where Kip will later decide whether the information will be tested, whether it should be disclosed or not. We respect the process,” he said. Previously, 57 KPK employees said they wanted to return at the anti-corruption agency. They also filed a lawsuit at the Public Information Commission (KIP) demanding that the results of the National Insight Test (TWK) be made public. “Everyone is one (vote). Return to the Corruption Bringing Commission as a form of recovery recovery,” said the Chairman of the IM57+ Institute, Lakso Anindito, Tuesday (14/10). Lakso said the dispute hearing at KIP is important to expose TWK practices in a transparent way. He said representatives of the Information and Documentation Management Officer of the State Agency for Public Service representing the TWK organizers held on Monday (13/10) could not explain why the TWK results with the KPK remained secret. The IM57+ Institute also asked President Prabowo Subianto to take a fixed stance to respond to the problems affecting 57 former KPK employees. Lakso is of the opinion that the government has so far focused on recommendations of Komnas Ham and the Ombudsman who said that the TWK at the KPK was procedurally flawed five years ago and violated the human rights of KPK employees. “This is a good momentum for President Prabowo Subianto to show off his dedication to strengthening the KPK by giving back the rights of 57 kpk employees to the KPK. This issue was a protracted matter without clarity, although there were recommendations of Komnas Ham and the Ombudsman,” Lakso explained.
