KPK SITA 5 Land assets exclusive heads
Jakarta -The KPK has confiscated a number of assets of the former chairman of the East Java (East Java) DPRD, Kusnadi, related to the granting of Funds for Community Groups (Pokmas) of the East Java Provincial APBD 2019-2022. There are 5 land assets confiscated by the KPK. “In this case, the KPK also confiscated assets owned by Brother Coast, which covers three land packs with a total area of 10,566 square meters in Tuban Regency, two national sectors, along with buildings with a total of 2,166 square meters in Sidoarjo Regency,” on Thursday during a press conference of the KPK Asep Rahay said (2/10/2025). Browse to continue with KPK content has also seized Kusnadi’s car units. Nevertheless, the KPK did not reveal the type of car. “One unit of four -wheeled vehicles (confiscated),” he said. Asep revealed that Kusnadi received a fee commitment in this case. He said Kusnadi received 20% of each payout of grant funds given to the field coordinator (corlap) of Pokmas funds. “Brother Coast (Kusnadi), gets about 15-20%. So for one program, usually unscrupulous members of the DPR get part of 15-20%,” Asep explained. Asep explained, the corlap paid out 20% of the estimated awards funds through Kusnadi. This 20% fee commitment was given by the corlap at the beginning alias as a suspect known as ‘Ijon’, so that Kusnadi was willing to withdraw the award. “To get the project to get yes or the proposal was approved, now the corlap finally gave a sum of money. The term ‘ijon’ was first,” Asep explained. Asep said Kusnadi received a ration of the most important award (Pokir) from the APBD from 2019 to 2022 as chair of the East Java DPRD at the time. The number of Pokir grants paid by Kusnadi is every year diverse. In 2019, Pokir Awards Funds were issued by Kusnadi worth RP 54.6 billion. In 2020 RP 84.4 billion, 2021 RP 124.5 billion and in 2022 RP 135.2 billion. If calculated, Kusnadi has a fee commitment of up to 79.74 billion RP for 4 years of payment of allocation funds. Asep also explained that the corlap, after the Pokir Awards Fund was paid out, would return to the massacre. The corlap cuts 5 to 10% for themselves, 2.5% for Pokmas management and 2.5% for administrators who make proposals related to submissions, so that the Pokir Awards Funds are paid to the corlap. “So that the Pokir Fund that is truly used for community programs is only about 55-70%. So, if divided, it was taken earlier 20%for unscrupulous members of the council. Then 10%for the corn. Now it is 30%. Then for Pokmas and other 10%. Now it is about 55%. The KPK has arrested four suspects in this case. That is: 1.) Hasanuddin (has) as a member of the East Java DPRD period 2024-2029 or a private party of Gresik Regency; 2). Jodi Pradana Putra (JPP) as a private party of Blitar Regency; 3). Sukar (SUK) as a former Tulungagung Regency village; 4). Wawan Kristiaawan (WC) as a private party of Tulungagung. In this case, in 2019-2022, the KPK appointed 21 suspects in the management of grant funds for the East Java Provincial APBD community group. The determination of the suspect was the development of the case that the former deputy chairman of the East Java Dprd Sahat Tua Simanjuntak, four suspects, had the state administrator. While some of the 17 suspects were 15 of their private parties and 2 other state administrators. (WHN/WHN)
