Krispy Kreme Is Giving Away Free Donuts Tonight, Thanks to This Star That Resembles the Sweet Treat – ryan

Monday, April 14, was a big day for space exploration, as millions watched Blue Origin successfully complete Flight NS-31 — the company’s first-ever all-female flight.

The trip to the edge of space and back lasted roughly eight minutes in the New Shepard rocket and included a few famous faces among the six women who took the voyage, such as singer Katy Perry, journalist Gayle King and philanthropist Lauren Sánchez.

But the buzz-worthy flight wasn’t the only “star” making headlines in space on Monday morning.

NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope was able to capture the most detailed image to date of another famous “star” — Planetary Nebula NGC 1514, which came into full focus for the first time ever.

In the photograph, the gas and dust cheekily resembles two doughnuts, and Krispy Kreme is taking advantage of the out-of-this-world coincidence.
