Sri Mulyani's turn to Basuki friendly with Jokowi in solo

Jakarta – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Sri Mulyani, visited the home of the 7th president of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in Sumber Village, Banjarsari district, Solo City. Sri Mulyani said his visit was to stay in touch. “Just friendship,” Sri Mulyani said. Sri Mulyani arrived around 14.00 WIB. The meeting between Sri Mulyani and Jokowi lasted 20 minutes. Basuki claims to have come to Eid with Jokowi. “Yes, the usual Eid (friendship) has been long, I’ve never met,” Basuki said. Basuki said he had not met Jokowi for a long time. He admitted that he last met Jokowi in October 2024. “It has met yesterday (Jokowi retired). So I think I should really meet him, friendship,” he said. Basuki claims not to discuss the case of the Nusantara Capital City Capital Project (IKN) with Jokowi. Former PUPR minister said the meeting would stay in touch. “There are no (IKN talks),” he said.
