The Congress on Friday reacted to the statement made on the judiciary of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar.
Congress MP Pramod Tiwari from news agency PTI Said That Articles 142 and 145 of the Constitution of India have been defined many times. “
He said that there is no need for any change in them.
A few days ago, the Supreme Court had set a time limit for the Bills to consider for consideration.
The Vice President said, “Under the Constitution you have to explain the constitution under Article 145 (3). The judges who ordered the President that this will now be the law of the country, they have forgotten the power of the Constitution.”
“If something is preserved under Article 145 (3), how can we deal with it. We now need to amend it too.”
Jagdeep Dhankhar said, “Article 142 has become a nuclear missile against democratic powers, which is available to the judiciary 24X7.”
Dhankhar said, “Recently, the President has been instructed in a decision. In which direction is we going? What is happening in the country? We should be extremely sensitive. The question is not whether a review of a review petition or not. We had never expected democracy for this day. The President was asked to take a time -bound manner and if it does not happen, it becomes a law.”
