Dehradun, October 12 (IANS). The Uttarakhand government made a major reform in front of Diwali and transferred 44 officers. This includes 23 Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 11 Provincial Public Service (PCS), Three Secretariat Service and one Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer. There have been changes in many important positions in this transfer list. According to the transfer list, the responsibilities of 23 IAS officials were changed. The charge of the Department of Rural Development and Rural Works was taken back from IAS Dilip Jawalkar. The position of director of fisheries was removed from BVRC Purushottam, while the responsibility of the Secretary Panchayati Raj and Commissioner Food was taken away from Chandresh Yadav. Ranveer Singh Chauhan was removed from the Director General Agriculture and Horticulture and made commissioner foods. Dhiraj Garbyal received the new responsibility from the Department of Secretary, Rural Development and Rural Works. IAS Sonika has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority. Lalit Mohan Rayal was removed from the post of additional secretary staff and made the district magistrate of Nainital, and with this he also received the additional charge of the District Level Development Authority. The responsibility of additional secretary revenue was taken back from Vijay Kumar yogdands. Vandana Singh was removed from the post of the Nainital District Magistrate and given the responsibility of the Director -General Agriculture and Horticulture and additional secretary planning. Vineet Kumar was removed from additional secretary forest and made additional secretary labor, while Himanshu Khurana received the responsibility of additional secretary forest. The charge of additional secretary medical training was removed from Anuradha Pal. Alok Kumar Pandey was removed from the Magistrate of the Almora district and made PMGSy, additional secretary information technology and director of Itda, CEO. Gaurav Kumar was appointed district magistrate, Chamoli, while Sandeep Tiwari Director of Social Welfare, Haldwani, was made. The responsibility of additional secretary labor, social welfare and commissioner disabled was taken back from Ravneet Ceema and he received the charge of additional Department of Reorganization of the Secretary. Vinod Giri Goswami was removed from the Pithoragarh district magistrate and made additional secretary urban development and director of urban development. Ashish Kumar Bhatgai was removed from the district magistrate of Bageshwar and given the responsibility of the Pithoragarh district magistrate. Prakash Chandra is commissioner made for people with disabilities and Akanksha Conde is made of Bageshwar district Landsdros. Ansul has been removed from the post of vice-chairman of the Haridwar-Keepe Development Authority and is appointed Magistrate Almora District. Mayawati Dhakriyal of Secretariat Service received the responsibility of additional secretary and director language institute, Santosh Badoni received the responsibility of the Director Secretariat Training Institute and Sunil Singh gained responsibility of additional secretary income and secretariat administration. Among PCS officials, Girdhari Singh Rawel was made additional secretary staff and vigilance, Chandra Singh Dharamshaktu, as director of fisheries and Lalit Narayan Mishra as Chief Development Officer (CDO), Haridwar. Ashok Kumar Pandey gained responsibility from the Secretary of Uttarakhand, Sundarlal Semwal as director of horticulture and Chandra Singh Martolia as Division Food Control, Kumaon Division. Jai Bharat Singh was removed from the post of additional district magistrate (ADM) from Dehradun and made CDO Uttarkashi. In this transfer list, district land drops of Nainital, Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar and Almora were also changed, which is expected to bring new momentum into administrative work. —IANS AKS/DKP
