Lawsuit Filed after Hallmark Actor Dies at Las Vegas Restaurant – ryan
Las Vegas (Class) – The Estate of Michael Heslin, an actor who appeared on the Hallmark Channel, has filed a lawsuit staff at a la ve vegas restaurant failed to respond and died.

The Complaint Alleges that, Despite Obivious That That Heslin Was Experiencing A Medical Emergency, Multiple Aria and Javier’s Employees “Stood by” and Failed to CPR, retrieve an automated external defibrillator (AED), or start an Emergency Resonse Proto.
At one point, a Woman Began CPR ON HESLIN IN AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE HIS LIFE, but the lawsuit said an employs “Forcefullly interference” and removed her from the scnene.
The Employees Also Threatened to Have Heslin’s Friends Arrested or Tresassed, DEMANDED that they delete the video of the incident, and removed say from the restaurant, according to the Lawsuit.
The Lawsuit Accuses the Defendants of Putting “Their Own Interests Ahead of His,” Failing to Secure Evidence or Witnesses that Might Have Shed on What Happened.
Heslin Died Several Days late on July 2, 2024, The Lawsuit Said.
His Estate was Seeking General and Special Damages exceeding $ 15,000, which is the Standard Threshold in Nevada Civil Cases.
