Somehow Sonu came home after saving his life and told his ordeal to his family members. His brothers Rajendra Singh, Bijendra Singh and Devendra Singh reached Jasmal’s home to complain about Sonu. There, the accused Rajkumar, Nishant and Monty began abusing the accused. As the dispute increased, Jasmal handed his licensed gun to Nishant. Meanwhile, the woman of the Prince Niroj brought two axes out of the house. The weapons were handed to her husband Rajkumar and son Monty. Nishant fired at Bijendra. As a result, Bijendra drenched on the ground in blood. Rajkumar and Monty attacked Rajendra, Bijendra and Devendra with axles. Bijendra Singh died on the spot due to bullet injuries and Rajendra Singh and Devendra Singh were seriously injured. Devendra’s left wrist was injured by the ax. Rajendra Singh sustained serious injuries on his hands, chest and stomach. When the residents ran an alarm, the accused Jasmal, Rajkumar, Nishant, Monty and Niroj ran away. Police received two blood stained axles and a licensed rifle from the incident. The accused were arrested and jailed. Upon completion of the investigation, police filed the charge sheet with the court. The prosecution told the court after the incident, the accused tried to drag the body to their home so that the evidence could be destroyed by changing the nature of the incident. 14 people testified in the case. After completing the arguments, the court found the five accused in terms of sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 302, 307, 504, 506 of the IPC. The advocate for the accused sought a reduction in the penalty with reference to the age, while the prosecution demanded maximum punishment. The court sentenced the culprits to life imprisonment.
