The Limetls Care Health Care Company celebrated the end of the activities of the summer training program for the year 2025, with the participation of a group of trained students who underwent a practical experience over weeks in the fields of medical insurance and health care management.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of a delegation from the Institute of Financial Services – the training arm of the General Authority for Financial Supervision – headed by Dr. Tariq Saif, Executive Director of the Institute. The activities, Mr. Mahmoud Naseem, the institute’s training official, opened a speech in which he dealt with the importance of investing in practical training opportunities and its role in preparing young cadres for the labor market.
The program also included an introductory session presented by Dr. Mohamed Refaat, which dealt with an explanation about medical insurance and the importance of insurance coverage of employees, in addition to reviewing the goals of the unified insurance law and its added value to enhance the protection of individuals and support the insurance sector.
Dr. Mina Fayez, the company’s human resources director, said that the organization of the program comes within the framework of the company’s strategy to rehabilitate a new generation of competencies capable of contributing to the development of the health insurance market. He explained that this trend is integrated with the company’s last expansion steps.
Fayez added that investing in young cadres represents a basic pillar in the company’s future plans, because of this direct impact on enhancing the quality of services and expanding the scope of benefiting from innovative insurance solutions in the Egyptian market.
It is noteworthy that Limetls Care for Health Care had previously signed a cooperation agreement with Al -Muhandis for Life Insurance Company to provide third -party management services (TPA) Medical Insurance, in a move aimed at enhancing the company’s role in providing integrated solutions to the health insurance market.
