Anil, a resident of Kanshiram Colony, worked as an apprentice at the Lohia substation in the Electricity Corporation for nearly three years. His job was to reach the place of disturbance with a ladder. Due to storm and rain in the early hours of October 4, tree branches fell at many places in Lohia sub-centre area. There was also a fault in the 33 thousand volt line. As a result, the entire sub-centre was closed. Since the morning, the line has been corrected by placing Anil on the post. At 10 o’clock he was working by climbing a pole when he suddenly fell on his head. Engineers arrived on the information of electricians and took them to a nearby hospital. From here he was advised to take him to a higher center. It is claimed that in order to save money, the decision of hospitalization was made under the insurance benefits.
