It is alleged that former minister Subhash Chaudhary, his wife Kusum Rani, brother Ashok Kumar (then bank chairman), adviser Deep Chand and others manipulated the false documents and income records and took agricultural loans of about Rs 71 Lakh. According to the prosecution, false Jamabandi and Girdawari were prepared to make the barren country fertile. The court said through the state government that the charge sheet was filed on March 16, 2021 and on June 8, 2021, the trial court drafted the charges.
