Based on the information received from Amarjeet Kaur, the Mastermind’s arrest, the rocket was unveiled, police formed a team led by inspector Virendra Kumar Tyagi. With the help of technical supervision and local information, police arrested Saravan Singh alias Kohli, the brain of this rocket from his hiding place in Kapurthala, Punjab. According to DCP Vichitra Feather, Kohli studied to the 12th standard and for many years people sent people abroad through false documents.
